I'm a Clinical Psychologist (RCI-licensed). I sit with people through the hard stuff — and I help future psychologists find their footing. No jargon, no judgement.

“Psychology shouldn't live behind big words. It should feel like someone finally explaining you, to you.”
— Aayushi ✍️I'm Aayushi Agarwal, a Clinical Psychologist licensed by the RCI, and the person behind Psypedia — a little corner of the internet built to make psychology understandable and genuinely useful.
My work lives in two rooms. In one, I'm with clients — walking through anxiety, low mood, stress and life's plot twists with evidence-based practice and a lot of patience. In the other, I'm with students, mentoring the next generation through RCI and MPhil pathways.
An MPhil Gold Medalist and UGC NET–JRF awardee — but mostly, someone who believes being understood is where healing starts.
